INTERNAL PROCESS DOCUMENT
It
refers to the document regulated by the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade,
which allows imports and or dormitories with exemption from export customs
duty.
Inward Processing Permit: It means the permit
given by the customs administration, which allows the import of the export with
customs exemption.
It is required to apply electronically to the
Ministry of Commerce for the inward processing program, from education in the
field of education from Turkey, and to the Ministry of Commerce for the inward
processing permit from the field of education.
Inward processing permission certificate is
given to the company with the capacity report. In order to have an inward
production certificate, you must produce at least fifty percent of the
production. Certain exemptions are made in imports or imports of raw materials
to which the inward processing permit certificate is exported.
In the customs planning of production with raw materials
obtained from domestic and advanced taxes, VAT and KKDF by using a Domestic
Transaction Permit; It is a good health system.
