Test Analysis Reports
The
Circular on Implementation Procedures and Principles of the Decision on
Supporting Market Entry Documents numbered 2014-8, executed by the Ministry of
Commerce, was amended and entered into force on 22.10.2018.
Our
members will be able to apply for support more easily as a result of the
simplifications made in the Circular and its annexes regarding the support of
test/analysis reports that provide an advantage in entering the market.
It will be sufficient to submit the Annex-8
summary table instead of the test/analysis report, accreditation documents,
contract/price, invoice and payment documents.
In
order to submit the Annex-8 summary table, the payments must be made as
specified in the legislation. (It is obligatory to comply with the rules in the
payment documents of “Annex-1 Required Documents for Application and Points to
Be Considered”.)
In
addition, the favorable provisions of the Circular that entered into force will
be applied for the applications submitted before the change of the Circular and
not concluded.
