What is a Technological Product Experience (TUR) Certificate?
In the tenders held within the scope of the Public Procurement Law, a firm that bids for the tender may be required to submit a document showing its experience in the subject of the tender or similar works. With the amendment made in 2015, the Technological Product Experience Certificate has been defined as the document showing the work experience issued by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. You can use this document in tenders when you do not have a work completion certificate.
The technological product document, which was added to the Goods Procurement Tenders Implementation Regulation and whose most important function replaces the work completion certificate in tenders, is defined in the legislation as follows:
“The project they carry out within the framework of the support they benefit from in technology center enterprises, R&D centers, Technology Development Zones, public institutions and organizations, R&D and innovation projects supported by foundations established by law or international funds, pre-competitive cooperation projects and techno-enterprise capital supports. The goods and services that emerged as a result of the project, and the services that emerged as a result of the project after the products, which were developed with own funds and whose evaluation procedures were determined by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, and which were certified by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey as a result of the R&D project, are placed on the market. Documents issued by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology within the framework of the principles determined by the Institution for products with domestic goods certificate and can be used for five years from the date of placing on the market”
