What is TSEK Criteria Conformity Certificate?


TSEK (Certificate of Conformity to Criteria); In matters that do not have a standard in Turkey, a contract issued on behalf of the company stating that the products comply with the Quality Factors and Values ​​accepted by the Turkish Standards Institute based on the relevant international standards, similar Turkish Standards, national standards of other countries and technical literature, and by giving the right to use the TSEK brand, the products on which the TSEK brand mark will be used; It is a document showing the trademark, type, class, type and type and has a validity period of one year.

TSEK Brand; Monograms registered in four different types according to the Decree Law No. 556 on the Use of Trademarks, which indicate that the products on which they are placed and/or on their packaging are manufactured and supplied to the market in accordance with the Quality Factors and Values ​​accepted by the Turkish Standards Institute and can be used within the framework of the concluded contract.

Applications made to the Turkish Standards Institute are evaluated and, if deemed appropriate, a committee is assigned to conduct an examination at the production site. Inspection team, at the production site; examines the facility, equipment, personnel and quality system. If the company is found to be sufficient as a result of the examination, samples are taken and the samples are subjected to inspection and tests according to the relevant Quality Factors. Production Site Inspection Report and Inspection and Test Reports are discussed and decided by the Institute's Certification Commission.

If it is decided to grant the right to use the TSEK trademark, a TSEK Trademark Agreement is signed between the company and the Institute in the presence of a notary public. The company is given a TSEK certificate stating that its products comply with the Quality Factors.

Regarding the review made to the company; examination, fixed document, examination and test fees are accrued and the related fee is deducted from the advance fee received at the application stage. Companies that have received TSEK certificate notify the Institute of the gross sales amount of the product they sold under the TSEK brand of the previous year in January every year. It will be obliged to pay the invoice to the Institute over this amount, according to the TSEK Brand Usage Fee Schedule (which is redefined every year).
