Strategic Product Certificate

Purpose: To support your investment projects to increase the production of high value-added products in medium-high and high technology sectors in Turkey and products that are critical for the development of these sectors, within the scope of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Move Program carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Scope: Within the scope of the program, your investment projects will be supported up to a total of 5,000,000 (five million) TL, 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) TL without repayment and 3,500,000 (three million five hundred thousand) TL with repayment.

Application conditions:

1. SME information declaration, which is registered in KBS and forwarded to KOSGEB through the portal by making a preliminary application to the Ministry and inviting to make a final application to produce the products included in the Technology Oriented Industry Move Program call plan from companies with capital company status residing in Turkey. up-to-date,

2. Established at least 1 (one) year before the program application or, if all partners are legal entities, all partners were established at least 1 (one) year before the program application,

3. Businesses applying in cooperation with the project stakeholder(s) can apply.
